On Saturday (May 31) at 11:40 a.m., a violent fire of a hedge broke out in Alsfeld-praise, which led to an enormous property damage of around 4,000 euros. The Vogelsberg rescue center was immediately alerted when the fire damaged several meters of hedge and important traffic facilities or even completely destroyed.

Thanks to the quick intervention of the fire brigades, Angenrod and Alsfeld could be prevented from spreading the flames to an adjacent house. The cause of the fire has so far remained unknown and is now the subject of intensive investigations.
