In a large -scale campaign, the Eschwege police struck in Witzenhausen and ensured an impressive amount of narcotics. Due to targeted information, a procedure against illegal cultivation and handling of cannabis was initiated. The searches took place in three garden plots outside and in two apartments within Witzenhausen.

In access, over 100 cannabis plants and around 7.5 kilograms of marijuana were confiscated. In addition, the officials also discovered 500 euros in cash, which was also secured. The case is now being pursued by the Kassel public prosecutor.
