Italy center opened: a new dialogue in Saarbrücken!
Saarbrücken, Deutschland - On June 26, 2025, the “Centro di Studi Italiani Saarbrücken” will be ceremoniously opened at the Saarland University. This new Italian center aims to promote the German-Italian dialogue and to offer an extensive program on language, culture and literature in Italy. Laut uni-saarland.de wird die Veranstaltung um 15 Uhr im Konferenzraum 1.17 des Gebäudes C7 4 am Saarbrücker Uni-Campus start.
The opening of the center underlines the endeavor to expand the university's European profile and to support the Saarland European instructor. In addition to greetings from high -ranking guests, keynote lectures on the history, the present and future of Italianistics in Saarbrücken and Europe are expected.
