Janna Ensthaler, known as an investor from the VOX show "The Lion's Den", has made a surprising change of career at the age of 40: she is now also active as a model. The Hamburg agency MGM, which works with renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Dior, contacted them via Instagram. "I feel very comfortable with my body," she said about her new commitment and emphasized that modeling is new territory for her, even if she dreamed of becoming a pop star as a child. Ensthaler lives with her husband and three children in Braunschweig and is involved in more than 100 companies.

The entrepreneur has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and a master in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She started her professional career as a management consultant at Bain & Company in London before founding the cosmetic company Glossybox in 2010. In 2017 she sold them to the British Hut Group. The Hamburg catering chain of Kaiserwetter also founded it and remained the sole partner until its sale in 2015. She is also a partner of the Green Generation Fund, a risk capital fund with a focus on air conditioning technology and vegan nutrition.
