The 1.82 meter tall Gutsche began his career as a player at SV Matzlow-Garwitz and returned to the team in 2021 after successfully qualifying for the main round. During his time as a youth coach, the B youth team made it straight into the B youth Bundesliga under his leadership. What is perhaps even more impressive, however, is his passion for handball, which he has developed since his childhood at the age of five.
The combination of his experience and skills makes him a perfect choice for the Taurus. Gutsche not only impressed as a youth B coach in the Ostsee-Spree Oberliga, but also as an assistant coach for the state team, with whom he was able to win a screening tournament. His commitment is also noticeable when he emphasizes that team spirit and the further development of the players are his top priority.

In his free time, Gutsche is not only a passionate trainer, but also the father of a daughter. This role has opened up valuable perspectives for him, especially when it comes to balancing sport and family. He also works as a project manager for doors, windows and facades, which gives him a further perspective on personal and professional challenges.
