NDR mourns Carlo von Tiedemann: a loss for generations
Hamburg, Deutschland - Carlo von Tiedemann, an important radio and television presenter of the Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), died on June 8, 2025 in Hamburg at the age of 81. The sympathy of the NDR applies in particular to his family. Intendant Joachim Knuth described Tiedemann as "NDR veteran" and paid tribute to his flippant, spontaneous and warm way, which made him a crowd favorite.
