New footpath over the Schlei: Bridge work take care of switching!
The work to renew the Schleibrücke near Lindaunis in Schleswig-Holstein, which has been going on since September 2020, are making progress, but with some challenges. Bridge work recently led to the tracks of the lindaunis bridge temporarily not passable. This forces passengers to cross the bridge on foot. The Schleibbrücke was originally designed as a folding bridge, with the oldest parts going back to 1892.
