in Bad Nenndorf was alerted on the night of May 30, 2025, at 3:09 a.m. A resident had heard suspicious noises from the upper apartment and chose the emergency call. During the journey, however, the officials received the terrifying news that it was burning in the building, whereupon the fire brigade was alerted.

At the site, the police soon met the reporting resident and her family, who lives in the basement. These reported that there are no other residents in the house. Nevertheless, an alarming smoke development from a tilted window on the upper floor could be seen. The fire brigade immediately started with the extinguishing work, but a reference showed that no people were in the areas affected by the fire. The situation was dangerous, but luckily it remained in property damage.
