More security for Bad Oeynhausen: Police increasingly presence in summer!

In Bad Oeynhausen, the district police authority Minden-Lübbecke is preparing for an increased presence in the city center. Thanks to close agreements between District Administrator Ali Dogan, Mayor Lars Bökenkröger and police director Mathias Schmidt, the police will patrol on the streets in the coming months, especially during lively summer life. This measure is intended to increase the feeling of security of the citizens - not only on special occasions such as the Ascension Day or the city festival, but also in everyday life.

Mayor Bökenkröger emphasizes that the increased police presence is an important signal for the city's openness and hospitality. Together with additional strips of foot and targeted controls, the police will continue to go on patrol in cooperation with the regulatory office to ensure a safe and lively city life for families, young people and walkers.
