In the night from 30th to May 31st, a serious traffic accident occurred on Kreisstraße 331 between Rhüden and Königsdahlum. Shortly after midnight, at 00:17 a.m., a 35-year-old man from Seesen and his van came into a dangerous collision with a VW Passat, in which three young people between the ages of 17 and 18 were sitting. Fortunately, despite the slight to serious injuries that were not life -threatening, all inmates remained alive.

The alcoholic driver was found and a doctor took blood from him, which happened in the context of a criminal proceedings. He is now suspected of having a risk of road traffic and negligent bodily harm - it is not the first time that he was caught when driving under the influence of alcohol. The Bad Salzdetfurth police were used with two patrol cars, supplemented by four ambulances and other fire brigades.
