On Wednesday afternoon there was a dramatic traffic accident between a car and a pedelec in Minden. A 34-year-old driver drove the Heerstrasse in the direction of B482 with his white Audi and stopped at the stop line. In the meantime, a 75-year-old cyclist from Bad Oeynhausen approached the intersection on the bike path.

When the driver performed again, there was a serious collision. The senior fell through the collision to the ground and obviously injured himself. The Minden-Lübbecke police recorded the accident and are now determining the exact circumstances. The situation in this intersection remains tense and the authorities advise caution.
