Raid in sleep: 68-year-old in Dörverden threatened and injured

In a shocking incident, a 68-year-old was attacked in Dörverden this morning in his own home. The unknown perpetrator broke into the house in the old row around 4 a.m., woke the victim and threatened him with a weapon. The robber called for money and slightly injured the man before escaping a bag full of personal documents and cash.

Witnesses describe the perpetrator as male, about 170 cm tall, as well as darkly dressed and masked. The victim had to be taken to the hospital after the attack. The police are investigating and asking for information from the population to quickly grasp the unscrupulous perpetrator.
