In the night from May 24th to May 25th, several crimes in the Lüneburg region were reported. In Adendorf, strangers broke into a residential building after they had hit the side window of a parked Mercedes. The thieves stole a visible wallet with cash and documents and left damage to several hundred euros. The police ask for instructions.

In parallel, on May 24th there was a ship accident on the Elbe side channel near Stüde when two inland ships collided in the meeting. This resulted in property damage of around 150,000 euros, but everyone involved was not injured. The canal was closed for two hours, while the accident was taken.

At the Lüneburg train station, a ticket machine was presumably blown up on the night of May 26, which caused damage of several thousand euros. There were also reports of burglaries in numerous gazebos in an allotment garden colony in Uelzen, where alcoholic beverages were stolen.
