Marktplatz, 27711 Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Deutschland - In a shocking midnight attitude, the flags of a fashion shop in Osterholz-Scharmbeck were stolen! Unknown perpetrators lifted the complete flag mast (approx. 1m x 1.5m) from the ground between Friday evening and Saturday morning.
