On Saturday morning, May 24, 2025, a traffic accident occurred in Ergste, which should be like a wake -up call for all road users! Around 8:20 a.m., a 45-year-old Dortmund crashed into a 10-year-old Pedelec driver with his car in the Ruhrtalstraße / Langestrasse roundabout. The brave boy, who was already in the roundabout, fell. Fortunately, he wore a helmet, so he only bought minor injuries.

A ambulance was quickly on hand! After a short treatment, the boy could be handed over to his parents' care again. There was only low damage to the pedelec and the car - a total of around 250 euros. An accident that went out lightly, but everyone reminds you to always be careful in road traffic!
