In an early morning accident in Lemwerder on June 4, 2025, two people were slightly injured. At around 5:00 a.m., a 52-year-old from Lemwerder with his VW wanted to turn from Werner-von-Siemens-Straße to the main street, but ignored the right of way of a 58-year-old SUV driver from Lemwerder, who was traveling towards Berne.

The collision ensured considerable traffic disruptions at the scene of the accident until around 7:15 a.m. Both injuries were treated on site while the police regulated the situation and redirected traffic.
