Shock in Neubeckum: an accident at work demands human life!

On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, there was a tragic work accident on Graf-Galen-Straße in Neubeckum at 10:25 a.m. A 43-year-old worker from Herne fell through a lighting shaft during cleaning work on the roof of a company building and suffered life-threatening injuries. Despite immediate medical care, the man died of his serious injuries on June 12, 2025.

The police immediately initiated an investigation and informed the Münster district government about the incident to clarify the exact circumstances of the accident.
