Heavy bicycle accident in Voerde: Woman plunges with a truck in collision

On Wednesday at 1:20 p.m. there was a dramatic traffic accident in the Dinslakener Straße and Rahmstrasse intersection! A 43-year-old woman from Voerde, who was traveling with her bike, was seriously injured when she collided with a truck team from a 29-year-old man from Oberhausen. The collision caused the cyclist to fall on the road.

The first reports confirm that there is no danger to life, but the injured person was immediately transported to a nearby hospital with an ambulance. For the duration of the accident recording, Dinslakener Straße had to be closed towards Voerde, which led to considerable traffic disruptions.
