Large police operation in Grevesmühlen: meetings and arrests!

in Grevesmühlen, two meetings were accompanied on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The first event entitled "There is no quiet hinterland. Antifascists show presence in Grevesmühlen" started at 2:45 p.m. at the train station and attracted up to 125 participants before it ended around 5:00 p.m. Shortly before the meeting, an attempted robbery occurred to two underage football visitors by a group of four people. The suspects, 20 and 21 years old, had left the meeting beforehand and must now face criminal proceedings.

At the same time, a counter -meeting with 28 participants took place under the motto "Right Demonstration against Left Structures/Positions", which ended at 4:30 p.m. Before the meetings, the police found six people who called unconstitutional slogans during the journey. Everyone received a dismissal. Furthermore, four people with masking objects and telescopic strikes were recognized, which were excluded from participation. Investigations were also initiated against these four. Around 90 police forces were on site to monitor the events.
