Heavy motorcycle accident on B207: woman with a rescue helicopter to the hospital!

On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, a serious motorcycle accident occurred on the federal road 207 between Heiligenhafen and Fehmarn. A 57-year-old British motorcyclist lost control of her vehicle and crashed head-on into an oncoming car with residential trailers. The dramatic incident happened around 12:00 p.m. when the motorcycle column, consisting of about 20 vehicles, overtook the staggering.

The motorcyclist was seriously injured and immediately brought to a clinic with a rescue helicopter. At the request of the Lübeck public prosecutor, an expert was consulted to clarify the exact cause of the accident. Both vehicles suffered considerable damage and had to be towed. The B207 remained closed in both directions until around 4:00 p.m.
