On Tuesday afternoon, there was a spectacular traffic accident on federal road 73 between Altenbruch and Otterndorf. At around 4:15 p.m., a car driver skidded due to a sudden rain and collided with another vehicle. The force of the collision meant that both cars drop off the street and land in the ditch.

The two drivers suffered minor injuries and were immediately taken to the hospital. Despite the dramatic incident, it can be hoped that they will soon be on their feet again. The police are now investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, while the B73 was temporarily impaired.
