The new location, which is located in Gmündener Straße 20 in Aalen, is intended to serve as a central point of contact for customer concerns. Managing Director Michael Schäfer emphasizes that the return of the kiz is due to customer requests and that the importance of customer proximity is emphasized.

The opening times of the kiz are designed as follows: Mondays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The customer office remains open for the time being.

In the kiz, customers are offered the same services as in the reasid nest, including advice on care issues, clarification of billing questions, submission of delivery contracts and documents as well as the possibility of paying for cash on cash.
