local participation and visibility

Five drivers of the Aalener Racing team, including Marion Fromberger, Simon Gegenheimer, Nils Riecker, Dan Noyola and Titouan Perrin Ganier, take part in the competitions. According to Schwaebische.de, the spectators should be more close to the athletes than ever before, since the event is heavily based on contestability and interaction. In addition, 90-minute live reporting in the ARD media library is provided to make the event even more visible.

The event should not only promote cycling, but also set new impulses for local gastronomy and retail. Further ideas and events will be planned in the coming years to offer the region Aalen and its citizens a wider range of cycling activities. Aalen wants to position itself better internationally and is compared with cities such as Barcelona and Paris in this context.
