on Tuesday evening, May 27, 2025, a fire broke out in the Diakonieklinikum in the Elise Aieck-Straße in Rotenburg around 8:00 p.m. An 89-year-old resident was admitted to the hospital with suspicion of flue gas poisoning. During the mission, the police as well as 13 local weirs and an extensive emergency services were on site. According to initial assessments, the property damage is classified as relatively low.
