Police Wiesbaden opens their doors at the CSD: trust and support for the Queere Community
On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the police headquarters in Westhessen will be presented at the Christopher Street Day (CSD) in Wiesbaden with its own stand. The free summer festival begins at 4:00 p.m., immediately after the demonstration train that moves through the city. Police commissioner Victoria Willich and police chief commissioner Florian Meerheim are available as contact persons for the LSBT*IQ community and want to strengthen the trust between the police and queer community.
Until 8:00 p.m. Interested people invite you to find out more about their work and support for victims of queer -anti -querean crimes. Together with the Velspol Hessen e.V. association, they offer practical tips for avoiding such crimes that are accessible on the police website. The police officers hope to reduce prejudices with their presence and to promote an open dialogue with the community.
