Fire brigade Aurich frees family from an elevator - wheelchair user saved!

On Friday evening, the fire brigade of the Aurich fire brigade were called for a dramatic operation in the hotel on the horse market. Around 8:25 p.m., a family of four sat in an elevator that was luckily getting stuck on the ground floor. With the right tool, the firefighters opened the elevator doors and released the two adults and their children, who were well.

But that was not all: in the meantime, the emergency services noticed a wheelchair user on the second floor, which was dependent on the defective elevator. The firefighters carried the woman safely on the parking deck to her vehicle. All those affected were grateful for the quick help and the family finally enjoyed the opportunity to visit the fire engines - a bright spot after the moment of fright!
