Federal Police access: two arrests in just four hours!
Aachen-Vetschau, Deutschland - The federal police arrested two people on Tuesday in an impressive deployment within just four hours. A 45-year-old Bulgarian, who was sought by the Berlin public prosecutor's office for heavy robbery, noticed during a check in Aachen-Vetschau. The man had a residual prison sentence of 787 days from a total penalty of six years before he returned illegally to Germany - his arrest warrant immediately came back into force.
At the same time, a 30-year-old German, also sought for prison, was arrested in the same control. This success shows the effectiveness of the federal police in monitoring and enforcing arrest warrants. Both arrested were immediately taken to the Aachen correctional facility.
