Police Hagen Schult elementary school students: Safe in traffic 2025!
On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, an exciting and instructive morning was on the program for the students of the Erwin Hegemann primary school in Altenhagen. The Hagen police, supported by the Verkehrswacht and the General German Bicycle Club (ADFC), carried out the nationwide traffic safety campaign "Safe.Mobil.leben 2025-children in view". The children learned important traffic rules and behaviors at three practical stations.
The focus was on the safe crossing of the street. The police officers explained the right behavior on the road to the students and trained them in assessing traffic situations. At another station, the children experienced how dangerous the dead angle can be and learned strategies to better become visible on traffic.
