On the evening of May 31, an exhibitionist caused horror when he bare himself in front of an 18-year-old woman in Essen and grabbed his erect link. The young woman immediately alerted the federal police, who quickly hurried to help and was able to arrest the suspect at the stop before he was able to flee.
