Alcohol failure: Hagener threatens kiosk employees after cigarette refusal

Voerder Straße, Hagen, Deutschland - in Hagen there was a scandalous incident in a kiosk on Monday evening. A 41-year-old, drunk with 1.8 per thousand, threatened a 26-year-old employee after he refused to sell him cigarettes.
