Serious accident in Unna: overlook e-scooter drivers when turning!

on Wednesday evening, May 28, 2025, there was a serious traffic accident in Unna that demanded an injured person. Around 7:45 p.m., a 47-year-old woman from Unna was traveling on Werler Straße by car when she turned into Morgenstraße when she turned into a 56-year-old man from Hamm on his e-scooter. The impact led to serious injuries to the e-scooter driver.

The accident site remained completely closed until around 9:05 p.m., while the police carried out the necessary investigations. The exact circumstances of the accident are still unclear and are currently being examined.
