Hamm, Deutschland - A searched thief that was searched by public search has now been identified! An attentive officer from the Cologne Federal Police recognized the perpetrator, who only entered a train for theft. He left the vehicle again quickly, even before it dropped, and was clearly seen on the video recordings from Hamm main station.
