Two -bike controls in Heinsberg: Police reveal numerous violations!

Heinsberg, Deutschland - Control carried out in the last week as part of the international Roadpol campaign "2 Wheelers" shook the officials in Heinsberg! Around 50 two-wheelers-pedelecs, e-scooters and scooters-were checked for violations. The result? 13 warning funds distributed, especially to e-scooter drivers who populated the sidewalk or drove too quickly. Many did not wear a protective helmet, although the police vividly informed them about the possible consequences of injury.

Two scooters were particularly tough: a tuning scooter of a 16-year-old rapid 72 km/h-almost twice as quickly as allowed! Another scooter driver also significantly exceeded the permissible speed. Both drivers were not only faced with fines, but also with criminal charges because of the wrong driving license. Further advertisements received cycling minors and an e-scooter driver who was under amphetamine influence and drives the wrong side of the street. Positive: Only a few two -wheelers flashed with speed monitoring - 400 speed overruns in three days!
