Black BMW touches cyclists: unknown driver escapes!

Marl, Deutschland - A 14-year-old cyclist from Marl was hit by a car at the intersection of 7:40 a.m. at the intersection Hülsstraße and Otto-Wels-Straße when he started at greenlight.
