Vandalism in Bornheim: Damaged dozens of cars - who are the perpetrators?

In the early morning hours of May 25, 2025, several vehicles were deliberately damaged in Dammheim and Bornheim. A witness reported to the police that numerous cars parked on the side of the road along Speyerer Straße and in the streets Gartenstraße, Wiesenstraße and Hauptstraße are affected. Particularly brazen: exterior mirrors were ceded and the rear window wiper broken off. The vandalism left property damage of several thousand euros.

As if that wasn't enough, the window pane of a residential building in Bornheim was also damaged with one of the broken wipers. The police are now looking for witnesses who can provide information about the perpetrators.
