The Baltic Sea remains a popular travel destination for many German vacationers, especially during the upcoming summer vacation, which will begin in several federal states at the end of June. Camper in Italy (66 euros) and Croatia (68 euros) have to calculate significantly higher prices. The prices on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast increase: In popular holiday regions such as Usedom and on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the costs increase to 50 or 44 euros per night. In contrast, prices on the island of Rügen drop to 41 euros and on the Mecklenburg Lake District to 40 euros.
