Bergkamen: Motorists collide on a bike with an unknown boy

On Monday, June 2, 2025, a collision between a car and a boy on a bike occurred at the intersection of Bambergstrasse and Schöllerstrasse. A 51-year-old driver from Bergkamen came from Schöllerstraße and collided at the confluence with the boy, who was obviously traveling in the false direction on the sidewalk towards Landwehrstrasse.

The boy, estimated at about 7 to 8 years old, had dark hair and wore a black adidas jacket with white stripes and black-red cyclists. At the current time, injuries to the boy are unclear, but no damage to property occurred. The police now urgently search for witnesses who can provide information about the incident.
