Blue light day in Andernach-Eich: Fire brigade and police inspire 800 visitors!
On Saturday, May 24th, 2025, the Andernach-Eich fire brigade celebrated its 100th anniversary with a sensational blue light day, which moved around 800 visitors to the village square in Eich. From 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the guests awaited an exciting program of interactive hands -on activities and impressive demonstrations.
The volunteer fire brigade, DRK, THW, DLRG and the Andernach police inspection were represented, which not only showed current vehicles such as an Audi A6 patrol car and a police motorcycle, but also historical vehicles, including a VW T2 bus. The police took the opportunity to provide information on topics such as burglary protection, drug prevention and career opportunities. Painting stations for children and exciting operational exercises rounded off the varied event and offered a unique insight into the world of blue light organizations.| Details | |
