Fire brigade Remscheid: Maximum alert for multiple operations!

In the late afternoon of May 27, 2025, the Remscheid fire brigade was confronted with a high volume. Within a very short time, the emergency services had to deploy several emergencies in the urban area, which the fire brigade claimed strongly. Around 5:00 p.m. there was a traffic accident at the Trecknase intersection, in which an ambulance and a car collided. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the incident caused considerable traffic disruptions.

The control center reached another emergency call almost simultaneously via several people who were caught in a stuck elevator. Here, too, the fire brigade intervened, supported by the Hasten volunteer fire brigade, to quickly free the occupants. Thanks to the coordinated use of all units, both emergencies could be handled professionally and quickly.
