Westerstede, Deutschland - On Monday, May 26, 2025, a spectacular incident occurred at the Westerstede junction of the A28 in the direction of travel. Due to poor load securing, a tractor -trailer lost two pallets with empties. The episode? A chaos on the street! The road was severely contaminated by glass plitters and broken beverage crates, which forced the Oldenburg motorway master's house to completely block the exit and driveway until around 5:00 p.m.

The block led to a massive backlog. The drivers on the A28 and Ammerlandallee had to prepare for long waiting times. An administrative offense procedure against the driver has already been initiated.
