Senior citizen ignores police signals: Why she continued!

Biebelnheim, Deutschland - An 85-year-old ignored the warning signals of a police patrol on the A61 on May 25, 2025 and thus caused confusion. The police had been called for a reported incident on the highway, in which a larger bird was injured on the road. To slow down the traffic and remove the bird, the officers switched on the signal systems of their patrol car with warnings. Nevertheless, the senior one gave up the patrol car and continued her journey.

The police were able to stop at the Biebelnheim junction. Despite multiple attempts to stop and the use of hand signals, the lady was unreasonable and explained that she had seen no reason for stopping. After the check, the senior citizen was able to continue her journey, but must now expect an administrative offense procedure.
