Safe streets: Police checked motorcyclists in Kirchheimbolanden!

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, the officers of the Worms police department carried out controls at various locations in Kirchheimbolanden, Dannenfels and Albisheim between 12 and 6 p.m. The reason for the reinforced controls was the worrying traffic accident numbers among motorcyclists and complaints from residents about noise pollution.

A total of 40 cars and 72 motorcycles were checked. Fortunately, the police found only minor defects and missing documents. Nevertheless, four motorcycles had to be shut down because the drivers wore helmets that did not offer enough protection. Both the motorcyclists and the residents were positive about the measures of the police controls.
