The fire brigade's large -scale deployment: fire in Driesch, main building saved!

In the early afternoon hours on Saturday, the fire brigade in Driesch was called for a dramatic major operation! In an annex, which is partly used as a garage, a violent fire broke out and spread quickly. The fire brigade Lutzerath was quickly on site, supported by the fire brigades from Ulmen, Alflen and Kennfus.

Thanks to the courageous use of the fire brigades, the flames to the main building could be easily prevented. Tragically, however, a car was completely burned out in the garage. The building itself suffered significant damage, the exact amount of property damage cannot currently be quantified. The cause of the devastating fire, on the other hand, is still unclear, but luck was on the side of the emergency services: there were no injuries.
