Höfergarten, Betzdorf, Deutschland - On Monday evening, June 9, 2025, a dramatic chase race broke out in Betzdorf! Around 9:15 p.m., the police wanted to stop a vehicle on Steinerother Strasse, but the 21-year-old driver did not react and instead raced away at high speed. After an exciting persecution trip through the city, the fleeting car could finally be stopped in the Höfergarten.

The police suspect the young man to have driven under the influence of drugs. A blood sample was therefore arranged. In addition, he is held accountable for traffic hazard and ruthless behavior, and the vehicle was ensured.
