Rapid escape from Neuwied: Police are looking for witnesses for danger trip

In the early morning of June 13, 2025, at 4:30 a.m., a 54-year-old driver escaped a police operation in Neuwied after ignoring the time of the time. He raced through the city with rapid speeds, over the B42 and endangered numerous road users by overring several red traffic lights and changing the road chaotically.

The escape ended terribly: the silver Ford Galaxy collided in Niederbieber and came to a standstill. Fortunately, there were no reports on injured in this daring maneuver, but the police are now urgently looking for witnesses to the incident. Anyone who has information is asked to report to the Neuwied police inspection.
