Vandalism in the Birkenfeld outdoor pool: Police are looking for witnesses!

In the night from June 7th to June 7th, 2025 there was a spectacular vandalism act in the Birkenfeld outdoor pool. An unknown perpetrator smashed the input glass pane of the bath with an approximately 3.5 cm stone. The property damage incurred is estimated at several hundred euros - a brazen deed that shocked both visitors and the operators.

The Birkenfeld police inspection has taken up the investigation and urgently asks the population for help. Anyone who can provide relevant information about the incident will be asked to report to pibirkenfeld@polizei.rlp.de at 06782-9910 or by email. Any information could provide the crucial note to grasp the perpetrator!
