Barrowing in Frankenthal: Perpetrator escapes and attacks police officers!

In the night of January 21, 2024, a fight escalated in a bar in downtown Frankenthal. The 40-year-old perpetrator from Dannstadt-Schauerheim initially fled on foot, but was quickly caught by the police. When he was arrested, he refused to provide his personal details and then followed the officials while insulting them. A police officer suffered minor injuries, but was able to continue his service.

The Frankenthal District Court has now sentenced the fleeting racket to a fine of 90 daily rates of 30 euros.
