Osnabrück, Deutschland - The Osnabrück police inspection carried out extensive control of bicycle traffic on Monday and found alarming 124 violations! Of these, 47 were committed by cyclists. The frequent use of cell phones while driving was particularly worrying - 12 cases were documented.
