On Sunday afternoon in Neuwied, the police were alerted when an attentive witness noticed a violent couple in Rheinstrasse. The officers met a 49-year-old and their 58-year-old partner who were extremely disrespectful throughout the control. The man was heavily drunk and could no longer control his urge to urinate.
