Confusion in Leer: E-scooter stolen, driver without a license on the go!

In the night of Sunday there was a brazen bakery in Uplengen and in Leer a driver was caught without a valid driving license. Shortly after 4 a.m., an unknown perpetrator entered an unchecked garage in a residential building in Birkenweg in Emden and headed for an e-scooter from the Xiamen XIAME brand before fled in an unknown direction. The police describe the thief as a big, corpulent man between the ages of 25 and 35 with a beard and blonde hair, dressed in a red, soaked t-shirt with a light emblem, dark pants and shoes.
